No one knows the agony Natalee Holloway went through when the hands of Joran Van Der Sloot killed her. On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, Joran finally confessed to the killing of the Alabama teenager in 2006. He took a plea deal from prosecutors and admitted to the killing in an Alabama courthouse. He was sentenced to 20 years, which will begin when he completes his current sentence for the murder of a Peruvian college student, Stephany Flores, in 2010.
