49ers: Left tackle Joe Staley was in the doldrums early in the 2017 season before an hour-long talk with coach Kyle Shanahan lifted his spirits. Now, calling it quits is the furthest thing from Staley's mind. He is feeling the excitement about the future of the organization with Jimmy Garoppolo at quarterback.
