EP 148 - Alex Harvey

This weeks show features possibly Queenslands best kept running secret - Alex Harvey.

Alex only recently started running competitively and has already run some of the quickest times around in the local running scene. He ran a rapid 2.15 at Valencia Marathon in December 2024 and is smashing pb's nearly every time he races. He has a great Instagram page, make sure you follow his account, he posts some great running content on his page.
