Extreme weather continues to wallop much of the nation - with Californians dealing with something they're not used to - snow! With as much as 6 and a half feet in some places, the National Weather Service says it’s one of the worst storms to ever hit the Golden State. And for 500 students on a science trip... it's meant a much longer field trip than expected! And you may have seen video of the latest student attack that sent a teacher to the hospital. Well, now, the family of that teacher's aide is speaking out. Plus, raw emotion on American Idol as a tearful Katy Perry went on a rant about school shootings in America. It was sparked by one of the contestants, a school shooting survivor, whose eight classmates and two teachers were massacred five years ago. They call it the school shooting America forgot. And bombshell testimony at the Alex Murdaugh double murder trial as his brother is called to the stand fighting back tears talking about cleaning up the crime scene - which he said was the hardest thing he's been through.
