And, back here at home, a former punter for the Buffalo Bills has been dropped from a lawsuit alleging that he and two other men raped a 17-year-old woman at a Halloween party more than two years ago. The player was dropped by the Bills after the allegations came out. Now the allegations have been dropped -- and he vows to regain his NFL career. Plus, Hunter Biden made a surprise appearance outside congress today defying a subpoena to testify at a closed-door committee hearing but saying he's ready to answer any 'legitimate' questions at a public hearing into his business dealings. And, Hollywood was stunned overnight by the news of the death of actor, Andre Braugher. The star of Brooklyn 9-9 was only 61 years old when he died after what his publicist called 'a brief illness.'
