Episode 301: Natalie aka LeiaAurora talks Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Stranger Things, and Cosplay

Natalie aka LeiaAurora on Instagram joins me to talk about some of her favorite fandoms.

We first dive into The Lord of the Rings franchise. She talks about how she first got into the franchise through the movies, and then promptly picked up the books as well. We talk about the plot and the characters. One of my favorite things to get to talk about is good movie music. Natalie blows me away by talking about the music for the movie, and the music theory behind it. Listen, learn, and get the book to learn even more!

From middle earth to a galaxy far, far away. We talk about Star Wars. We talk all about the franchise, from movies to TV shows, to characters we love, and what we're looking forward to for the future of it.

Then, we talk about Netflix's Stranger Things. Natalie talks about how she initially got into the series, plus, there are some great stories here. Especially about her TV. Trust me, you'll want to hear this story. We talk about the characters she loves, the world of Hawkins, and finding Eddie Munson.

Lastly, we wrap up with a conversation about cosplay. Natalie talks about how she got into it, how she creates costumes in incredible time crunches, her level of detail that only she would notice, and getting to experience those red carpet moments during a premiere.
