Chapter 8:• Dain escorts her to class and they both grin, smells like leather and....soap lol.• Dragon breeds are very particular on how to be approached.• Sgaeyl, rare for a blue dragon and bonded a relative to her previous rider.• Lost his rider during the uprising, died saving Brennan.• The stronger the bond and power of the dragon the stronger the signet. • Spidey sense, Looks at xaden, twitterpated, he smirks and raises and eyebrow, reading her?!• Oren pukes, takes his dagger.• week 2 wins from mushrooms.• Week 3 later too from xena root, numb legs.• Week 4 blurry eyes, leaves and tea.• 5th week win, tree bark sluggish and sweaty.• 6th week, timing wrong, now xaden, prickle on her scalp.

Chapter 9:• Jealous of Imogen as he hands her daggers.• Sexy fight 😆.• Xaden knows every move she will make, how he can catch knives. How would fight that?• Violence nickname.• Everyone just watching him whisper in her ear, no one doesn't see that. Nose to nose even. • Kicked all knives to dain, ice cold.• She doesn't think, just attacks, and takes him down!• She's so turned on, hands interlocked on the dagger.• Learn dragons are in their heads. • Dain still trying to get violet out. • Cradles her cheeks, both palms on her face. Pulls away as his reasoning tugging her towards what he is suggesting. Chapter 10:• The gauntlet, wipe out challenge. One in the witcher for ciri.• Tynan, Barlow friend, squad mate and points out timed trials for the gauntlet. • Sawyer does amazing but was passed over last year. • Violet makes it but Aurelie doesn't make it. • Ice cold funeral methods, parents can take the body and burn their items or the school will. Violet decided to burn the items. • She's headed to the roof, burns stuff, hides in the shadows, wraps around her, but it's don't think he knows yet.• Garrick, xaden, bohdi got back from a trip, her head prickles, and xaden freezes, sends them off. • Cocks his head, another sign he is reading her.• Smells like mint and leather, citrus and floral.• I actually don't think he likes her right now like I thought he did the first time. • They talk about her chances of living .• How does he know she couldn't get up the chimney thing?• Blames keeping her alive as a way for him to feel better about himself but encourages her that the "right way isn't always the right way".
