I want to make it clear that this is not an episode about minimalism but rather talking about learning to curb consumerism in this capitalist world primarily due to budgeting and living within our means with a touch of mental health/wellbeing focus chitter chatter. I break down exactly how I budget and my monthly costs, give some insight as to why living with less can make your life easier, and reflect upon my formative years that lead me down the road of overconsumption (and how I've remedied that).
