Narcissists all operate from the same playbook which makes them easier to identify observing their very predictable behaviour patterns. Narcissists are typically not emotionally intelligent or at least very under developed emotionally. Coupled with a malign approach when their control is in any way threatened or even perceived to be so, their emotional bomb throwing when taken to heart can cause confusion and destruction.
