Sammy Sullivan is an American rugby sevens player and a captain in the U.S. Army. She graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2020, where she was a three-time All-American rugby sevens player and received the 2019 Prusmack Award for the top female collegiate rugby sevens player. In the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, Sullivan played a pivotal role in helping the U.S. Women's Rugby Sevens team secure their first Olympic medal, a bronze, by defeating Australia 14-12. Throughout the tournament, she scored three tries, contributing significantly to the team's success
