Luigi Mangione, the suspect in the killing of the UnitedHealthcare CEO, shouted and struggled with law enforcement Tuesday before entering a Pennsylvania courthouse for an extradition hearing. Mangione was denied bail and contested extradition to New York. Albertsons called off a $25 billion merger with rival Kroger after a judge temporarily halted the deal. The grocery chain is also suing Kroger for willful breach of contract and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
