Tonight, we're looking at a rainy situation. Expect mostly cloudy skies with temperatures dropping to a cool 52 degrees. A gentle south southeast wind will be blowing around 5 miles per hour. There's a 60 percent chance of precipitation, with just a light sprinkle of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Moving into Thursday, rain is likely to make an appearance, especially after 4 in the afternoon. We'll see mostly cloudy conditions with temperatures climbing to a mild 59 degrees. That same soft south southwest wind will stick around at about 5 miles per hour. Again, we're looking at a 60 percent chance of rain, with minimal precipitation.

Thursday night is when things get serious. Expect a solid rainstorm with temperatures holding steady around 52 degrees. The east southeast wind will pick up to 5 to 10 miles per hour, and we've got a 90 percent chance of rain. You might see between a quarter and half an inch of rainfall.

Friday continues the wet trend with rain throughout the day. Temperatures will reach a high near 61 degrees, with winds shifting from east southeast to south in the afternoon. We're still looking at an 80 percent chance of precipitation, with another tenth to quarter inch of rain possible.

The weekend looks like it's going to give us a break. Saturday brings partly sunny skies and a pleasant high of 63 degrees. Sunday looks even better with full sunshine and temperatures climbing to 64 degrees.

The early part of next week continues the sunny trend, with temperatures hovering in the low 60s. We might see a chance of rain returning by Wednesday, so keep those umbrellas handy!
