Preemie Twins Starved By Parents Who Didn't Feed Them: DA

Courtney Soyka and Marcus Maddela are accused of not feeding their newborn twins who were born prematurely. The district attorney in Bucks County, Pennsylvania said the babies were grossly underweight when Soyka took the babies to the doctor in December.
