What Musk & Trump Are Doing Is Not Constitutional. Don’t Lose Sight Of This

From day one, I’ve believed that Musk & Trump didn’t have the constitutional authority to do damn near everything they were doing. A Federal Judge yesterday affirmed that belief when he ruled that Musk & Trump did not have the constitutional authority to shut down USAID. Let’s hope similar rulings follow
