Well what can we say about Havoc? There is so much to say and yet so little at the same time. It really is quite an accomplishment in film. While most of the actors would like to pretend that this never happened, but guess what "the North remembers".

I roped Charles into this review as we explore the real underbelly of the y2k cringe genre. We constantly ask, "Oh, (actors name) what are you doing here?" From the offensive accents and affects, the dreadful fashion, and the horrifying reality that people like this exist.
