Effect of Latest SCOTUS Rulings

Two Supreme Court rulings will impact critical Trump Administration deportation cases. First, the court allowed the White House to continue using the Alien Enemies Act, which gives them sweeping wartime authority to rapidly deport alleged gang members. In a second case, the Court extended a deadline for returning Maryland father Kilmar Abrego Garcia from a Venezuelan prison back to the US.
