Kesäkuussa vuonna 1992, 47-vuotiaan Sherrill Levittin, 19-vuotiaan Suzanne “Suzie” Streeterin ja 18-vuotiaan Stacy McCallin mystinen katoamistapaus opittiin tuntemaan nimellä The Springfield Three.
