Newly released security footage shows the moments before Kentucky Sheriff Shawn “Mickey” Stines allegedly shot and killed Judge Kevin Mullins in his own judge's chambers. This is a murder that has rocked Letcher County. It doesn't seem to be a whodunnit but more of a mystery of what happened behind closed doors--and why things ended like this.
