Be thankful and Thank enough to appreciate , don't just say Thanks !!

As I said , I would add on to my professional version too in the Pod Cast and here I am !! This episode revolves around the word "THANKs" yes the literal meaning and how not all give importance to this .. if you had known the right Gesture of appreciation , you would have probably used "Thank You" instead ....
