[Gold Nugget] That's What Happens When You Try

With the biggest smile, my seven year old daughter looked at me and said, “I did it. That’s what happens when you try. I didn’t think I could read it, but I did!”

The back story.

She sat down on my lap and wanted to read a book she had in her hand, but she said she couldn’t read it. I simply replied, “what if you tried.”

… and well, she read the entire book.
