Well even though we swore against talking about Elizabeth Webber anymore, unfortunately we have to talk about her evil brother today for the song that's written about his evil doings in The Great Wall of China. The Great Wall of China is the second song off of River of Dreams and was released on September 1, 1993. These Webbers need to be help responsible for Billy Joel's retiring from music.
