Does God Grieve For The People In Hell?

I believe there are some scriptures that indicate God will not mourn for everyone that enters hell. In a general sense, He is grieved to see any of His creation going to hell. He gave His life on the cross and paid the price for our sins so that no one has to go there, if they wold only repent.

However, there are some people who are so full of wickedness, I believe the scripture also indicates that He will not shed a tear as they are cast into hell.
