Double Dipping with... Francesco Mazzei

Today I’m double dipping with Francesco Mazzei. Considered one of the most renowned Italian chefs in the UK, he champions the cuisine of Southern Italy. He came on the special season of the podcast I hosted in partnership with Taste of London and I’ve considered him a friend since then. I love his generosity and Italian patriotism and can’t wait to Double Dip with him!
