Dubbed “womb-raiders”, a woman and her boyfriend killed Savanna to get her baby. Today, Savanna’s Act works to help improve the federal response to missing or murdered Indigenous persons (MMIP), including by increasing coordination among Federal, State, Tribal, and local law enforcement agencies.
