In March 2022, the Jeffrey Epstein estate officially put both Little St. James and Great St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands on the market with a combined asking price of $125 million. Media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, ABC News, Business Insider, and Boston.com all reported the listing. The islands—epicenters of Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking—were listed through Bespoke Real Estate and other high‑end agencies, with estate representatives confirming that proceeds were intended to help resolve outstanding lawsuits and cover estate-related expenses.
