WHO RUNS SPACE FORCE?

In light of what many view as near insurrection against President Trump by his top generals the time has come to ask who runs the sixth and newest military branch, Space Force. Recently Space Force has announced new ground bases being opened in the middle east and President Trump has announced that the United States is in possession of great and terrible new weapons. So just who actually runs Space Force?
