118. Breathing Meditation for a Relaxed Mind and Better Sleep

This week I wanted to share with you a breathing meditation as we are coming up to Imbolc - the celebration of the start of rebirth of nature and abundance. This breath practice helps you connect to your body and energy as well as reach and embodiment and connection with earth. This meditation is great to use for:

- Centering yourself

- Grounding

- Expanding and controlling your qi or prana

- Connect to Imbolc and the breathe mystery

- To fall a sleep and to relax your mind
