I've been mulling doing a new Friday feature called (drumroll)

NEW STUFF FRIDAY

Where I try out new stuff that helps you to live with more energy and motivation. It's a name that does what it says on the tin, if you've got a better one though, feel free to send it over!

So here it is, the first NSF (catchy eh!), it might be shortlived, but let's see :)
