80: Friday Free Talk: Teaching With Someone Who Holds Opposing Views

Today, I am sharing my experience of teaching with someone who holds opposing views to me in many things, but I chose to teach with her! That's right, I did my research on her and I knew we held opposing views and I still agreed to teach with her. I actually welcomed her to speak up when she didn't agree. I wanted the participants to know they had choices. I'm sharing my three biggest take-aways as well as what experience has to do with anything. Sometimes we will agree and sometimes we will disagree, but we are all working toward the same goal. Happy Friday, yal!
