According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 3.9 million Americans quit their job in June 2021 and our next podcast guest, Deseré Cross Ward has joined the movement, what's being dubbed as The Great Resignation. Deseré returns to talk about the next chapter in her journey, why she quit her job - but not without fear- and how she's encouraging others to find their inner peace and joy.
