The past is in the past, but sometimes its not so easy to let go of and live in the moment. It's important to remember that while you are a combination and culmination of everything that has happened in your life thus far, you don't have to let that limit who you are today and who you can become. You are in control of breaking that cycle and growing and expanding in the direction you desire. In this episode Lindsay and I dive deep into our pasts and discuss how we've been able to learn from the good AND the bad and evolve into the people we are today.
