E62 Kill Yourself

First things first. I'm not advocating suicide and do not wish for anyone to harm themselves. What I'm talking about today is the idea that we all have stories from our past that form the person we are today. In order for us to move on and progress in life, we have to be willing to kill the person we've become. Join me as I discuss strategies that I've used to kill the old me.
