Donald Trump declared that "phase two" of the Gaza ceasefire has begun, which calls for the establishment of an interim government in Gaza and the formation of a multinational security force. But Trump acknowledges that "the job is not done" on phase one, after Hamas missed the 72-hour window for handing over the bodies of all remaining hostages.
