Karen Maloney is a breathwork and mindset coach who helps people to wake up to their power, master their inner world & manifest their dreams. She is trained in many modalities including Somatic Breathwork, Silent Counseling, Reiki, and Integrated Energy Therapy. She is also the founder and host of the Curiosity & Consciousness podcast.

Karen is also known as the “INSIDE OUT Coach” because she believes that all change must start from within. She is passionate about helping people to shift self-doubt, believe in themselves more, and take responsibility for their lives. She helps clients to uncover and transform the subconscious beliefs that are sabotaging their desires. She believes the relationship we have with ourselves is key to everything. When we shift this on the inside, it is expressed in our external world.

From her own journey, Karen knows what’s possible for us when we do the inner work and transform how we think, feel, and what we believe about ourselves. Everyone has experienced challenges, but our healing and wellbeing is our responsibility — we owe it to ourselves!

Karen enthusiastically helps people to embrace this journey, and love both themselves and their life again. It’s not always comfortable work, but it is the most powerful work a person can do.

From a young age, Melissa found solace and inspiration in books, sparking a lifelong affair with the written word. Growing up in a cult from the age of seven, she navigated challenges with resilience, finding refuge in the world of literature and knowledge.

Throughout her diverse professional endeavors — ranging from drilling fluids lab tech to dance teacher, business owner, group fitness instructor, copywriter, podcast writer, and production manager — Melissa's core desire to create, write, and teach remained unwavering.

Consciousness Explored serves as her platform to delve into the realms of neuroscience, spirituality, and emotional intelligence. Through her podcast, Melissa aims to empower others on their journey of growth and self-discovery, drawing from her rich tapestry of experiences and her unwavering commitment to helping others reach their full potential.
