Seth started as a real estate investor buying and selling parcels of land in Michigan and other states. After a few years of being a real estate investor, he had an idea to share his vast knowledge in real estate with other people, which eventually became REtipster. His role in REtipster is to provide real-world guidance for part-time real estate investors, publish interviews and insights with the world's foremost real estate experts, and be a consultant for new and aspiring real estate investors.
