Sleep Cycles, Sleep Associations & ALL things baby sleep with The Sleep Teacher Kristy

Episode 24 is shared with the beautiful Kristy AKA ‘The Sleep Teacher’. Kristy is a Mum of 3 and certified in child and infant sleep training. Kristy experienced first hand how debilitating sleep deprivation is & she knows all too well that if you have the right tools and resources how easily this can be fixed. You and your baby don’t have to suffer from fatigue and Mums and Dads shouldn’t be dreading bedtime. Kirsty believes this is a calm and natural process but just like toilet training and feeding themselves… sleep is a skill that needs to be taught. In this episode Kristy and I talk about my experience with my son Jesse who went from waking up to 20 times a night to sleeping through 6:30pm-6am every night using The Sleep Teachers Programs & expert advice. Kristy talks about environmental factors, sleep associations, sleep cycles and so much more. In this recording my 4 month old baby Lola decided to wake from her nap early, so I do apologise for some noises you may hear in the background. Please make sure you share to your instagram story and tag @insideoutwithkris and @thesleepteacher and let us know what you have taken away from this chat! Next weeks episode is all things pregnancy & post partum realities, so please make sure you hit subscribe so you don't miss my next conversation! I hope you enjoy this episode with The Sleep Teacher.
