Live At Five

Live at Five began, and still continues as an Instagram Live interview series hosted by bass player Skeez Nava, each and every Tuesday @misfit_Skeez. Each week Skeez interviews up and coming musicians, alongside legends in the scene such as Norwood Fisher (Fishbone), Kristian Attard (bass for Jason Mraz, Avril Lavign, Sugar Ray), Tony Puelo (Blue Man Group), Michael Kaiser, and more.
