Daphne Garrido is meditation instructor, reiki healer, community facilitator, and passionate spiritualist. Her spiritual path has led her to face the deepest parts of herself, accepting that her soul embodied in this form with a sometimes-challenging purpose. By learning to love herself as she is, and by spreading that love out to the world through sharing herself honestly, she hopes to inspire others to connect with their most authentic selves. Proud to be a transgender woman, she understands that it's a difficult thing for many to accept. Still, she hopes you will stick with her on this journey.
