Yes, the rumors are true, I have started going to the gym! I can see myself as the old white dude with a big ole belly if I don’t get my crap together! I also ain’t trying to have a heart attack at 65 so I’m now somewhat health conscious! Honestly so sore I can barely move comfortably but hey it gets better right!? Also the parallels between the gym and business are insane… discipline is the key to both!
