We're here for you EVERY step of the way!

The beginning of April saw the launch of our ‘We’re with you EVERY step of the way campaign’, in which we focus on the support that we offer here at Adoption Now; from that first contact and beyond. As part of this campaign we are proud our brand-new Welcome Team. While a new team they are highly trained, caring, and understanding professionals who staff our Information Line, and are often the first point of contact for the majority of our prospective adopters. In this episode I sat down to chat with Sarah, a member of our Welcome team and who is often the voice that you will hear answering the phone. You will hear that no question is a bad question and that between them, our Welcome Team have probably heard your question so many times before. What you can expect is a warm, friendly greeting from someone who is there for you right at the start of your adoption story. Hosted by one of our social workers, along with a q&a with one of our adopters you will be able find out about adoption and the adoption process itself….and you can also ask any questions that you may have too!
