On July 13th, 1966, mass murderer known as Richard Speck would enter the home of a group of nurses in a South Chicago townhouse. He took all the nurses as hostages and would murder all but one. They were Gloria Davy, Patricia Matusek, Nina Schmale, Pamela Wilkening, Suzanne Farris, Mary Ann Jordan, Merlita Gargullo, and Valentina Pasion and survivor Corazon Amurao.
