Summer is a wonderful season. Family gatherings, vacations, graduation parties, 4th of July....so many! I know you have worked hard this past year in losing weight and you have looked forward (maybe with a bit of hesitation) to the sunny, warm weather that will allow you to finally take off your shirt.But sometimes navigating these parties, can be difficult.
