Biden preparing intensely for Putin’s tactics with aides and allies

President Joe Biden has been using his spare time on his European tour to prepare intensely for his meeting with Russia’s Vladimir Putin. Biden has been leaving his mornings free for consultations with advisers like Secretary of State Antony Blinken and national security adviser Jake Sullivan.
