New Moon Intentions: Connect to True Essence and Ditch the Illusions of Doubt

In this segment I share (again!) one of my favorite methods of manifestation. We also discuss topics to reflect on in regards to negative self-talk, self-doubt, or unhelpful thinking patterns. We pick up so much in life that may contribute to an "illusionary" way of viewing ourselves or our capabilities.
