The MF crew dive into the news that MLS will be making some major changes to their roster rules. The question is will it be enough? Teams will now be able to significantly spend on the top six roster spots outside of the salary budget, they'll be allowed two buyouts per season now, and more GAM for transfers. There will be U22 initiative changes as well.
