BREAKING NEWS: CBS Sports is the new home for the English Football League (Soccer 07/18)

The Morning Footy crew deliver the exciting news that CBS Sports is the new home for the English Football League! A multi-year, multi-platform rights agreement has been officially announced. This will be the widest distribution of EFL ever in the U.S. annually. Matches will be airing on Paramount+, CBS Sports Network and CBS Sports Golazo Network through the 2027/28 Season. Opening Weekend coverage will take place Aug. 9-12 and features EFL Championship and League One action including Birmingham City, Burnley, Leeds United, Wrexham and more! Carabao Cup Round One matches begin Aug. 13-14 with Premier League Clubs joining the competition in Round Two Action. Here. We. Go.
