The Morning Footy crew recap this past weekend's 3-3 draw from two of Bundesliga's current favorites in Eintracht Frankfurt and Bayern Munich. Eintracht is quickly becoming this year's Bayer Leverkusen breaking out early on in the campaign only trailing league leaders Bayern by one point in the standings. They held their ground at home going toe-to-toe and goal-for-goal with the german giants ultimately tying the affair in stoppage time of the second half thanks to Omar Marmoush late effort. This match ultimately begs the question, will Bayern be able to hold the top spot in the Bundesliga this season? Or will their defense struggles impact them long term? Does this set up for another upstart to take the crown? And is the Bundesliga the best league in the world at the moment overall?
