Jaksokuvaus
Staci interviews Dan Geller and Dayna Goldfine, the directors of an in-depth documentary “HALLELUJAH: Leonard Cohen, A Journey, A Song.” Leonard Cohen was a singer-songwriter, poet, and novelist whose work explored religion, politics, isolation, depression, sexuality, love, loss, and death. While most artists spread these topics around over albums or several songs, Hallelujah has all of that and more. Dan and Dayna talk about not only their personal journey of following Leonard’s life, they also describe bringing all the elements together in a cohesive way for their film. They interviewed Judy Collins, John Cale, Brandi Carlisle, and many others and they talk about that, too. Lastly, Staci reads a passage from her upcoming book Rock & Roll Nightmares: True Stories, Vol 2 which covers one of the most infamous murders to ever take place at the Chelsea Hotel.
