Out-of-the-box thinking put John Witzing into a box, literally, and he did something extremely challenging to help support mental health. He and three comrades each shut themselves into the utter darkness of a shipping container to see who could run the furthest in 24 hours on a treadmill from sponsor TrueForm. That’s the kind of boundary-pusher that fired up John to found The Whiteboard Project to help people live actively.
