Open AI has officially responded to a lawsuit filed against the company for the tragic death of 16-year-old Adam Raine. Raine died by suicide after his parents say ChatGPT discouraged their son from seeking help, offering to help him write a suicide note and gave him advice on how to set up a noose. Open AI says Raine, at 16, was prohibited from using the chatbot in the first place, as users must be 18-years-old. The company also says Raine bypassed ChatGPT’s safety measures to use the chatbot for suicide or self harm. Family members are anxiously waiting for answers in the murder of 18-year-old Anna kepner aboard a Carnival Cruise Ship earlier this month. Authorities haven’t officially named a suspect yet, but we’re now hearing from Kepner’s aunt, her grandparents and her own father about their suspicions. While none of them have directly accused Kepner’s 16-year-old step brother of murder, they have all questioned his involvement. Kepner’s aunt said her niece fought for her life and the family is in turmoil waiting for an arrest.
